This page explains how ClientCellar handles information in plain English for a UK planning and content website.
We may collect information you type into planner forms, lead forms, contact forms or future account features. This can include business context, budgets, recipient counts, event details, your name, work email address, company, phone number and message.
If you submit an enquiry after generating a plan or premium preview, we may store your contact details, consent, planner inputs and planner output so we can understand the brief and follow up professionally.
Lead forms ask you to confirm that ClientCellar can contact you about the enquiry. We do not use that consent to claim broader marketing permission.
Contact form submissions may be stored for follow-up and site administration. Do not include sensitive personal information in the message box.
Gift and event planner inputs are used to generate plans. ClientCellar does not need personal recipient names to create a plan, and you should avoid entering unnecessary personal data.
Operational data may be reviewed through restricted admin tools so enquiries, orders and supplier applications can be handled.
ClientCellar may use cookies, analytics or link tracking to understand visits and supplier clicks. Where required, the cookie page should explain those tools in more detail.
We use information to generate plans, answer contact requests, improve the service, debug issues and understand what business users need from ClientCellar.
Contact messages and lead enquiries may be kept while they are useful for responding to the enquiry, improving the service or keeping business records.
ClientCellar does not automatically forward your details to suppliers from the public planner. If supplier lead forwarding is offered, users should consent before their information is shared.
If you click a supplier or tracked link, the supplier or relevant tracking service may receive information about the click. Their own privacy and cookie policies will apply.
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or object to use of your personal data. You can request deletion or ask questions by contacting us.
ClientCellar does not sell personal data.
