ClientCellar provides general planning guidance. It is not legal, tax, procurement, HR, licensing or professional advice.
We do not sell alcohol directly
ClientCellar does not sell wine, alcohol, hampers or event tickets directly. Any purchase, booking or enquiry is handled by the supplier you choose.
Supplier availability and pricing
Supplier details, prices, delivery options, stock, lead times and event availability can change. You must confirm all details directly with the supplier before relying on them.
No guarantee of suitability
We aim to make practical suggestions, but we cannot guarantee that any supplier, gift, bottle, event format or message is suitable for your company, recipients or circumstances.
Business use
ClientCellar is intended for business planning. You are responsible for checking your organisation's policies, procurement rules, tax treatment and approval requirements.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the suppliers you contact, the messages you send and the decisions you make from a generated plan.
Alcohol and responsible drinking
Alcohol is not appropriate for every recipient, event or workplace. Consider alcohol-free alternatives, age restrictions, health, religion, culture, company policy and local rules. Drink responsibly.
Supplier links and commercial relationships
Some supplier links may earn commission where available. The planners work whether or not a supplier link is tracked. Sponsored placements should be labelled clearly.
Intellectual property
The ClientCellar website, wording, structure and planning logic belong to ClientCellar unless stated otherwise. Supplier names remain the property of their owners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClientCellar is not liable for losses arising from supplier decisions, unavailable stock, changed prices, delivery issues, unsuitable gifts, event problems or use of generated content.
Changes to the service
We may change, pause or remove parts of the website as ClientCellar develops.
